CSR Level 1
Schedule appointments including Dental Treatments and Surgeries
Client assistance (including greeting them upon arrival, helping them bring pets, food, etc. to their car, answer questions or direct messages to appropriate staff member)
Accurately perform check-in/out functions

Complete Fear Free Level 1 Certification
Ability to maintain and efficiently manage multiple phone lines
CSR Level 2
Open/Close hospital including performing accurate end of day Cash Out
Be familiar with other common RX (Dewormers, Nutraceuticals, and frequently used meds like Carprofen, Prednisone, and Apoquel). Understand basics of what they are used for.
Accurate knowledge of client topics including
Fear Free description
Flea/tick and Heartworm Prevention
Manage and mail out sympathy cards and other correspondence
Know vaccine protocol and timing of vaccines
Accurately complete all daily and monthly tasks listed on checklist
Be able to describe flea and tick life cycles and know what FVH carries for flea and tick prevention and how to use it
Train new CSR staff
Be able to describe heartworm transmission and know the products FVH carries for heartworm prevention
Complete 3 hours of CE each year
Review prior records and put reminders into patient chart accurately and in a timely manner
Complete 3 hours of CE each year
Ability to identify urgent care patients and triage them to the medical care team

Achieve Fear Free Level 2 certification
CSR Level 3
Be familiar with SOPs in all departments
Help Office Manager in taking care of collection accounts and Wellness Plan declined payments
Have knowledge of proper spelling and meaning of commonly used veterinary terminology (anatomy/diseases/tests)
Correct invoices/ payments to ensure the drawer is reconciled at the end of day
Be able to advise clients on which tests require prior fasting
Complete 4 hours of CE each year
Be able to create basic estimates for clients (Exams, tech appts, euthansias, and spay/neuter)

Oversee that the daily and monthly tasks of the front desk are completed
